In Memory Of

Molly

January, 2014

Molly was a short-hair tabby who came to us at around 4 or 5 years old. She was taken by her owners to a veterinarian to be put down because she had the FIV virus, even though she was otherwise in good health. The vet arranged for her to come to Journey's End. When she arrived, she also had an intestinal problem which she was treated for.

Molly was a little shy. She would not seek attention, although she enjoyed petting from people she knew, and would purr quietly. She did not like other cats, and would hiss and swat if they got too close. She had a deep growl that she used to warn them to back off. She lived in an all-cats room in the main house, where she usually could be found sitting on the bed, often near the window.
