Curry on the cat tower

Curry was found living outside as a stray near the house of a Journey's End volunteer in Daytona Beach. The volunteer was willing to keep Curry, but she usually let her cats go outside and some of them had been killed by dogs in the neighborhood, so Florence offered to take Curry in at Journey's End.

Curry had a large cyst on her neck when she was found. It was surgically removed, but it didn't heal well and had to be operated on again. It turned out not to be cancerous, and she has had no further health problems. She was estimated to be 3 to 5 years old when she arrived.

Curry is very friendly and affectionate. She loves to be petted, but she isn't pushy and will wait her turn. She gets along well with the other cats. She lives in an all-cats room in the main house.
